Pressure level - moderate to deep
Best for those who enjoy deeper pressure, warmth, and a full-body treatment that feels both grounding and effective.
What to expect
During the treatment, warmed bamboo tools of different sizes are used alongside manual massage techniques. The bamboo allows me to work rhythmically through areas such as the back, shoulders, legs and feet, helping to ease tension, encourage circulation and create a deep sense of release.
This treatment is especially loved by clients who:
carry a lot of tension in the back, shoulders or legs
prefer firmer pressure
want the benefits of heat without choosing hot stones
enjoy a massage that feels flowing, structured and deeply restorative
Deep muscular work with a smoother feel
Warmth helps the body relax into pressure
Excellent for larger muscle groups
Can leave you feeling lighter, looser and deeply reset
A unique treatment that blends relaxation with effective bodywork

A note after treatment
Because this is a warm, deeper-pressure treatment, it is normal to feel slightly tender, sleepy, flushed or extra relaxed afterwards. Some clients also notice a sense of emotional release, which can happen when the body finally lets go of built-up tension. This is a natural response and usually settles quickly with rest, hydration and gentle movement.
Emotional healing
Deep tissue massage relieves tension in the muscles and fascia, potentially unlocking stored emotions. As the body relaxes and “lets go” physically, a corresponding emotional release can also occur. An emotional release varies from person to person. Some people may experience intense emotions along with tears, shaking, sobbing, or even laughter. Others might feel a profound sense of peace and calm wash over them. Whatever the case, this emotional response is natural (and nothing to be ashamed of). In fact, it’s a natural part of the body’s healing process.
