To provide a safe, professional, and personalised experience, the following policies are in place.
Following your first booking via Fresha, you will receive an email outlining the pre-treatment consultation process.
As part of this process, all new clients are required to confirm acknowledgment of procedures and these Terms & Conditions prior to their appointment.
B Therapy operates from a private residential address.
The full address will only be provided once booking confirmation and agreement to these Terms & Conditions have been received. This is in place as a safety measure.
If a booking is made and no response to communication is received at least 6 hours prior to the appointment, B Therapy reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge 50% of the treatment cost using the payment details provided.
For your first appointment, please allow an additional 5 minutes to complete consultation forms and intake questions.
All subsequent sessions will begin at the scheduled time.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show, and a 70% charge will apply.
By booking, you acknowledge that missed or late cancellations impact availability for other clients.
If you are unwell (fever, infection, vomiting, or diarrhoea), please reschedule your appointment.
In the unlikely event that B Therapy needs to cancel your appointment, you will be notified and offered an alternative.
If you are running late, please call or message as soon as possible.
Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other clients.
The full treatment fee will still apply.
If you are more than 30 minutes late without communication, this will be treated as a no-show, and a 70% charge will apply.
All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic.
Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual insinuation, gestures, or requests, will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be charged.
B Therapy reserves the right to refuse any future bookings in such cases.
Payment is taken after the treatment unless agreed otherwise.
Cash and card payments are accepted.
Payment details are required at the time of booking.
By confirming your appointment, you authorise B Therapy to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee if required.
For gift bookings, payment can be arranged in advance so the recipient does not need to be involved in the transaction.
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or changes in health prior to your treatment.
Treatments may be adapted or declined where necessary for your safety.
B Therapy cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions where this information has not been disclosed.
All treatments are provided for wellbeing, relaxation, and physical support purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
