With over 6 years of hands-on experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients — helping them reduce tension, improve movement, and better understand their bodies.
My approach is based on recognising how the body holds stress and compensates over time. Rather than applying the same routine, I assess what your body needs and adapt each treatment accordingly.
Alongside my massage work, I bring experience in gait and posture assessment — allowing me to look beyond where tension shows up, and understand why it’s there in the first place.

What started as a simple idea — offering professional massage in a calm, private setting — naturally evolved through experience.
